Fun at work: Sex and the City 2

I am on my way to the set of "Sex and the City 2"...! Obviously, I am not overly excited about donning summer wardrobe, best suited for barhopping in 100F weather, on a crisp, chilly October day like today - but I will for once try not to bitch about it. Because just like any other fashionista, I will always have a special place in my heart for SATC... even now, when the characters are old and boring with husbands, kids and houses in the 'burbs! I cannot wait to see what the costumers pulled for Carrie, Charlotte and the others for today's and Monday's scenes, and am hoping to be able to check out at least one or two yummy wardrobe changes during the course of these two days.

Since I don't have time to write a regular blog post this morning, let me entertain you with some Madison Avenue window shopping instead. I'm sure Carrie would have approved!

Loubotin - hello, darlings! The cut-out over-the-knee boot is my favorite... I know, I'm so predictable.

And the obligatory Chanel fix: I know you're craving it!

I will be back tomorrow with a proper post. Happy Friday everyone! xoxoxo

  23. Just came home and signed a confidentiality agreement that forbids me to talk about the movie but YES, she is decked out in clothes that would look better on someone half her age. What the heck is up with that?! When I'm her age I will dress in Chanel suits, DVF wrap dresses and Carolina Herrera gowns... seriously!

But anyway, you should have seen the wardrobe they had pulled for the background.... GORGEOUS clothes. I took millions of pictures; I guess I can write a blog now before I forget everything, and post it after the movie opens (so I don't get sued!). :D
